We do not use any form of automated RSS feeds or similar. We remain in full editorial control.
AI in radio will experience the same cycle as other “revolutionary tech” like networking and computer playout:
1. Overreach / over expectations with disappointing results
2. Cost saving as the main driver, not creativity
3. Gradual improvements up to a marginally acceptable level - becomes the new benchmark for others
4. Production laziness creeps in with lowering of quality control standards
5. Audience indifference
6. Mainstream use is widespread
7. Organic refinements occur
8. Audience remains indifferent
9. Cost saving argument wins
10. Pockets of industry resistance celebrated by anorak fringes
11. Television eventually follows suit
